Free programs to help parents improve family life and help their children succeed in school. For anyone expecting a child and families with children from birth through school age.

Growing Years Early Learning Centers
Child care for children from birth through age five in a secure, educational environment. Centers are located in Bedford and Johnstown.

Head Start and Early Head Start
Free education, health, nutrition and family services for expectant parents and children up to age 5. Head Start prepares children for kindergarten and prepares parents to be lifelong teachers and mentors.

Before and after school care for children from kindergarten to age 12, plus fulltime care over the summer. Kid Stops are located in Bedford and Johnstown.
