My children have benefitted from the Head Start program. My son was well prepared for kindergarten. He was reading and writing his name at 5 years old. I also appreciate the home-based program for my younger children. I actively participate on the policy council and several committees. I know parent involvement is important to the program. Our feedback is valued. The Head Start team care about what we think.
