Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation

Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries health care centers provides 24-hour skilled nursing care to clients whose health care requires assistance from trained caregivers. We offer both short-term care for rehabilitation to assist in returning home, and long-term care, as needed.
