We offer the ALSM retirement community lifestyle — maintenance-free, safe, active and exciting — to area seniors who are on fixed incomes or otherwise cannot afford non-subsidized senior housing.

After 70 years, our commitment to touching lives is just as strong as when we were founded. The services we provide are evidence of our pledge to serve people through a ministry of love, compassion and mercy in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Perhaps that commitment is most obvious at The Lutheran Commons at Berlin Pike and The Lutheran Commons at Pleasant Gap. In partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we are able to offer the ALSM retirement community lifestyle — maintenance-free, safe, active and exciting — to area seniors who are on fixed incomes or otherwise cannot afford non-subsidized senior housing.
